Reports

Many standard reports exist in LeadPerfection which allow you to analyze each aspect of your business. Reports can be run either ad-hoc or through a report scheduler, which will email reports to your and your staff on a regular basis. Reports can be generated in many formats, including PFD, Excel, Text, and HTML, and can easily be emailed or saved as needed.

Reports are categorized by area, including:

• Call Cener
• Sales
• Marketing
• Production
• ...and more...

Reports generally have multiple criteria from which you can zero in on the data which you would like to analyze. You can save reports to a permanent report archive for future retrieval. You can elect to make archive reports either “public”, so that anyone can view them, or “private”, for your own use only.

And for those cases where you need to analyze specific data in greater detail, LeadPerfection has an export module which allows you to chose data down to the field level and export it to various formats, including MS Excel.
